Scope of Services:
As an internationally operating architecture and engineering company, KNAUER ARCHITECTS has implemented projects in Russia, China, Japan and the European Union and can provide its clients with all consultant services in the field of building construction as a General Planner.
The focus is always on fully integrated application of latest findings and technologies in the field of mechanical services, structural design and optimized workflows together with their adaptation to the relevant site-specific conditions.
New findings in the area of "renewable energy" and issues like “sustainability” have a particularly high priority in our planning (keyword: "Life cycle costs") as well as low energy -, zero energy -, or plus energy constructions.
The field of activities of KNAUER ARCHITECTS ranges from urban planning, architecture and landscape design to interior design.
The services range from feasibility studies and reports, concept design and regulatory approval processes to execute and detailed planning.
For execution phase, KNAUER ARCHITECTS cooperate with well-known European companies like STRABAG (www.strabag.com) or Unger Steel Group (www.ungersteel.com).
